Mrs B has always had a passion for cooking and baking. She loves to see the joy her sweet and savory creations bring to those around her. Her job as a school cafeteria manager for nearly 10 years gave her a lot of time to focus on creating elaborate, delicious meals and amazing desserts for her family.

In 2020 when schools were closed due to COVID Mrs B made use of her time off from work by testing out new recipes and baking for family and friends.

In the summer of 2021 she decided it was time to leave her job in the school cafeteria to pursue her baking full time. She started out by baking for farmer's markets, weekend after weekend until eventually she had outgrown her tiny kitchen. Around this same time she was offered an opportunity to open her own bakery in an amazing location in Broussard LA. Now with a place to call home Mrs B is able to provide her delicious creations every day in a space that allows her creativity to flow for new recipes and custom orders.
